Tree Assessment for Subsidence to Buildings & Structures

Trees growing in the urban environment often come into direct and indirect conflict with surrounding structures such as homes and buildings. Lushland can provide assessments on trees that have been implicated as a possible contributing factor of subsidence to a building/structure.

Our assessments are based on the site investigations undertaken by the insurers’ appointed structural engineer who would provide details on: the type and extent of damage, age of the property, foundations, soil and root samples together with level/crack monitoring.

With the structural engineer’s results, Lushland is able to assess and determine whether or not surrounding trees are a contributing factor to the damage.

We would be happy to discuss terms to carry out an assessment to accompany your subsidence insurance claim. Contact us for more details.
